In 2003, the United Nations General Assembly decided to celebrate the World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development with the aim of supporting diversity, dialogue, inclusion and cooperation among different cultures.
At Hersill, we reiterate our commitment to the goal of supporting diversity, dialogue, inclusion and cooperation between different cultures. We are strongly committed to the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, we cooperate with multiple foundations and NGOs for development and we support socio-occupational integration by collaborating with Special Employment Centers for People with Functional Diversity and their Families, or family associations of people with intellectual disabilities.
We promote a policy of promoting gender equality, both internally with our employees and externally with the partners we work with.
In addition, we are present in more than 100 countries on 5 continents and with the vision of further expanding our presence in the global market, respecting and committing ourselves to diversity and fostering dialogue, as the only way to reduce poverty and achieve sustainable development at the social and economic levels.
