HERSIL JOINS WORLD ASTHMA DAY
On World Asthma Day, it is important to highlight the importance of preventing and controlling this chronic disease that affects millions of people around the world. According to the World Health Organization, it is estimated that more than 339 million people live with asthma worldwide. In Spain, more than 3 million people suffer from this disease.
Aid for materials for Bathalapalli Hospital – Vicente Ferrer Foundation
More than 40,000 people have access to quality health care in orthopaedics and traumatology specialties at Bathallapalli Hospital, India.
This year Hersill collaborates with the Ferrer Foundation to improve the quality of life of people with physical disabilities or reduced mobility, donating 5000 euros for the equipment and materials needed for the trauma and orthopaedics unit of Bathallapalli Hospital.
HERSILL supports the Madrid Food Bank Foundation
At Hersill we continue our commitment to the Banco de Alimentos de Madrid Foundation and to the most disadvantaged people in the Community of Madrid.
The mission of the FBAM is to alleviate the effects of poverty in our environment by distributing food free of charge to charities that give it to people living in poverty and/or vulnerability. In 2022, the foundation provided a daily meal to an average of 171,000 people.
HERSILL joins World Day of Creativity and Innovation
The United Nations designated 21 April as World Creativity and Innovation Day with the aim of raising awareness of the role of creativity and innovation in problem-solving and, by extension, economic, social and sustainable development.
